IMPACT FUND
At its very core, 10 World Trade is about change. We seek to change the composition of key stakeholders in the real estate space, as well as how that space is designed and built with people and planet in mind. We hope this change has a meaningful impact on those who occupy or visit 10 World Trade, but we also seek to make an impact in the broader community. We are proud to partner with and support a wide range of local non-profit organizations in our pursuit of a more balanced environment for all.

Embrace Boston
Social justice and civic engagement are at the forefront of our mission, and we are proud to be one of the largest supporters of Embrace Boston. In fulfillment of this vision, Embrace Boston built The Embrace memorial and 1965 Freedom Plaza to honor the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Coretta Scott King and 65 other civil rights leaders. The memorial will be a symbol of Boston’s collective values of justice, equity, and community, and a destination to engage the greater community.
