• Install Monument Stair between Levels 01-02
• Complete Concrete Placement through Level 14
• Continue Intumescent Paint & Spray Fireproofing of lower levels (through Level 11)
• Continue prep for curtainwall through Level 15
• Eversource Permanent Power installation @ Congress Street: awaiting confirmation of timing.
  • Work expected to be complete before November 15th
• Continue MEP riser installations in building core through Level 11

Night & Weekend Work:

• Overnight cut & cap of water service (Seaport Hotel) was completed Monday 10/30
• Overnight cut & cap of fire protection service (Seaport Hotel) is TBD.
• Saturday Day Shift Work to be requested on case-by-case basis.
