BOSTON, MA, October 26th 2023 – A new addition to Boston’s skyline officially reached its peak with the topping out ceremony of the 10 World Trade development in the South Boston Waterfront / Seaport District. Under the leadership of local developers Boston Global Investors and a construction partnership between Suffolk Construction and H.J. Russell, the 555,000+ square foot structure received its final steel beam during a public ceremony complemented by a picture perfect day and a barbecue honoring the Local 7 iron workers who have labored on the project since its groundbreaking in 2022.
