BOSTON– JLL has announced the firm will exclusively lead the leasing efforts at 10 World Trade, a proposed trophy life science and office building on behalf of Boston Global Investors (BGI). The Seaport District development project is slated to begin construction in Q4 2021.
Designed with smart building systems and efficient workplace needs in mind, 10 World Trade will feature over 550,000 square feet of office and lab space. Tenants will benefit from a wide range of amenities, including a 150-seat auditorium, two acres of outdoor space and a 15,000-square-foot sky-level fitness center with a 300-meter jogging track, state-of-the-art exercise equipment, locker rooms with showers and a juice bar.
